About the Team :
This role involves leading and conducting IT audits, assessing critical processes, providing recommendations for improvements, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with internal control systems and professional standards. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative, diverse work environment.
What you can look forward to as Senior IT Auditor :
Coordination of audit results with management and reporting to management including recommendation of improvements.
Identification, testing, and evaluation of business-critical processes.
Training, mentoring, and further development of team members.
Preparation and presentation of audit findings and recommendations.
Assessment and advisory on the methodical development of directives, processes and procedures, assessment on the functioning and reliability of the internal control system (ICS).
Creation of audit report including findings, finding classification in context of business impact and agreement of measures and actions to mitigate the identified risks.
Continuous development and improvement of audit approach.
2-3 times a year acting as audit lead.
Provide field leadership incl. training and developing other team members.
Assisting audit manager in developing the PoE.
Ensuring compliance with the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA, DIIR).
Your profile as IT Senior Auditor :
University degree in information technology, data science, finance, business or similar.
Four to six years of professional experience in an external or internal audit function.
Subject matter auditing experience in Cyber Security, Production Cyber Security and Product Cyber Security.
Strong organizational, management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
Conflict management abilities, intercultural competence.
Professional audit certification(s) (CISA, CIA or other relevant) mandatory.
