Job Summary :
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of facility buildings and offices.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 00PM to 4 : 00PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Carry out general cleaning, maintenance, and appearance assignments in a timely manner.
- Clean & maintain restrooms, offices, common areas, and custodial storage to satisfactory standards using established practices and procedures.
- Safely operate, maintain, and inspect custodial equipment. Request for replacements as needed.
- Conduct inventory and maintain an appropriate supply of cleaning products and tools.
- Assist departments with task responsibilities that may arise on an as-needed basis.
- Properly dispose of waste and recyclables.
- Provide a “Customer Service” attitude when interacting with internal and external customers while accomplishing work, production, and achieving quality standards.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation / environment at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
