What You'll Be Doing
Act as the first impression for prospective patients, handling inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
Educate patients about full-arch treatment options, building trust and guiding them through decision-making
Collaborate with Dr. Bebeau and the clinical team to develop growth strategies for the full-arch program
Manage treatment coordination, including financial discussions, scheduling, and follow-ups
Cultivate and maintain referral-based marketing efforts to strengthen relationships with other dental professionals and attract new cases
Utilize performance metrics to continuously refine processes and drive results
Who Were Looking For
Dental and Sales Experience : dental experience preferred. You must have a proven sales or case acceptance track record.
Marketing Savvy : Experience with referral-based marketing or PR is a big bonus you'll earn brownie points (literally and figuratively) if you can bring this expertise to the table!
