What You’ll Do:
- Manage AR functions with precision—billing, collections, and DSO reduction.
- Build strong relationships with customers (because who doesn’t love getting paid on time?).
- Develop and present financial reports to leadership, making data-driven magic happen.
- Collaborate with Project Management to track billing progress and ensure compliance.
- Implement process improvements and automation to streamline AR efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies—think detective work, but for numbers.
- Support audit compliance and maintain financial transparency.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Expert-level Excel skills
- ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Great Plains, etc.)
- Job costing and T&M Billing
- A sharp eye for detail, a love for numbers, and a drive for accuracy
