I'm looking for 1-2 new tutors in each of the following areas:
Oceanside/Carlsbad, Escondido/San Marcos, El Cajon/East County, and Chula Vista/Eastlake

Duties:
- Provide individualized tutoring to students of all ages and abilities, including those with special needs or learning disabilities.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students.
- Utilize a range of instructional strategies, including traditional teaching methods and innovative learning technologies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed to ensure student success.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement a comprehensive learning plan for each student.
