- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food establishment is required
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Experience in supervising staff or training new employees is a plus.
