Ziglift Material Handling, a leading independent provider of warehouse storage solutions nationwide, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. With six strategically located facilities across the nation, we excel in delivering turnkey, innovative, and cost-effective warehouse storage solutions to our valued customers.
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate a diverse range of projects from inception through completion, working closely with sales teams, clients, and vendors. Reporting directly to the Lead Project Manager, this role is integral in ensuring seamless execution of all projects, adhering to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors to achieve flawless project execution.
- Analyze project blueprints and develop comprehensive material lists.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting or exceeding deadlines.
- Manage and schedule product delivery and installation, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop detailed project plans.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring all timelines and expectations are met.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and quality assurance.

Salary Range : $65,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
