Typically, field employees such as laborers, truck drivers, finishers, and equipment operators can expect to work seasonally from April through November or as weather and workload allow.

Tasks
Repair and service trucks and equipment for road construction at our Waukesha shop and on job sites throughout Wisconsin. The maintenance position would be at our Waukesha shop. The road mechanic position would involve a combination of working on job sites throughout Wisconsin and at our Waukesha shop location and would thus require some travel across Wisconsin.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a valid driver’s license. CDL license is preferred, but not required.
- Candidates must have basic computer skills and have the ability to lift objects weighing greater than fifty pounds on a daily basis. Additional qualifications include effective written and verbal communications skills, strong attention to detail, capability to multitask, and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Specifics :
Year-round full-time, first and second shift, requiring overtime during the work season and some Saturdays.
