Job Title: Multimedia Designer / Graphic Designer / E-learning Designer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multimedia Designer to design and develop complex multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, audio, video, and print. The successful candidate will apply agile techniques to create interactive multimedia instruction, web-based training, video-based learning solutions, and software simulations that support employee learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop courseware to meet business unit training needs and enhance the employee learning experience
- Provide multimedia services to deliver key communications and enable greater productivity
- Collaborate with a team of experienced developers and instructional designers to implement innovative and creative learning multimedia solutions
- Conduct digital video production, including planning, taping, editing, sound mixing, design, compression, and output
- Produce complex, interactive multimedia presentations and web-based training to present and clarify complex subject matter to diverse audiences
Requirements
- Significant experience in creating animations and interactive elements for e-Learning courseware in animation software
- Significant experience in multimedia development and production, preferably in a corporate setting
- Significant experience in providing direction and guidance for multimedia projects from a conceptual phase through implementation
- Significant experience in recording/editing audio, video, and digital photographs for eLearning courseware and other media formats
- Experience working in cross-functional, multidimensional teams and projects
- Advanced knowledge of media principles, including an understanding of different media channels
- Advanced knowledge of training techniques and practices
- Ability to analyze and resolve design problems with unique and creative solutions
- Database and presentation software skills
- Organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Effective guiding and training of less experienced staff
