We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Experience Designer to join our team at Zillion Technologies, Inc. as a long-term ongoing open-ended contract.
In this role, you will design and develop complex multimedia elements (graphics; animations; audio; video and print) and apply agile techniques to create interactive multimedia instruction, web-based training, video-based learning solutions, and software simulations to support employee learning and development initiatives and business unit objectives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in creating animations and interactive elements for e-Learning courseware in animation software, providing direction and guidance for multimedia projects from a conceptual phase through implementation, recording/editing audio, video, and digital photographs for eLearning courseware and other media formats, working and participating in cross-functional, multidimensional teams and projects, advanced knowledge of media principles, including an understanding of the uses and advantages/disadvantages of different media channels, advanced knowledge of training techniques and practices, analyzing and resolving design problems with unique and creative solutions, database and presentation software skills, organizational, planning, and time management skills, effective skill guiding and training less experienced staff.
