Job Title: Oracle Application Senior Developer (Oracle HCM Modules)
Experience: 8 years
Duration: long Term (3 years) Full time
Location: Hybrid (Ashburn, VA)
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.9, particularly with HCM, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Advanced Benefits modules.
- Knowledge of Oracle schema structures, with technical expertise in GL, HR, Payroll, OTL, OAB.
- Proficient in custom program development, interface automation, and workflow management.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, including data analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS development methodologies and best practices.
- Proven track record of mentoring and assisting junior team members in project design and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Class and Compensation modules implementation.
- Experience in a multi-module Oracle EBS environment.
- Oracle certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
