About the role
This is an exciting and new opportunity within the Zillow Rentals team to play a critical role in defining and delivering solutions that empower our Sales teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers, driving increased engagement and revenue. This role is a highly visible and integral part of our mission, working closely with different groups to achieve our lofty ambitions.
In this role you will :
- Partner with data and engineering teams to design, build and launch new data tools that inform market trends, prospecting, segmentation, ROI / performance and product recommendations.
- Develop a vision and roadmap for toolkits that apply proprietary Zillow data to drive measurable impacts across all phases of the sales and partner success lifecycle.
- Apply a data-driven and user-centric approach to evaluate product success, test new hypotheses, and scale initiatives to achieve success for Sales and partners.
- Dive deep into our current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and / or efficiencies and collaborate with across teams (including Sales, Training, Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science) to bring those to life.
- Stay up-to-date with rentals industry trends and market dynamics, and use this knowledge for innovation and differentiation.
- Exhibit outstanding time management and interpersonal skills to ensure project alignment across diverse business partners working 100% remotely.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $145,500.00 - $232,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
