Zilmet USA is currently constructing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Andrews, South Carolina. Phase 1, currently under construction, will be 150,000 square feet. Phase 2, slated to begin in 12 to 18 months, is planned to be another 100,000 square foot facility.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator who will ensure that we are fully maximizing our marketing resources in order to maximize our sales and profitability. Reports to the Product Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics to develop and implement market strategies.
- Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics for our General Manager and Sales team.
- Work with the Operations team to improve our productivity and profitability.
- Assist the Sales team by improving our sales and training aids and to assist in sales functions as needed.
- Develop engaging content across various channels; i.e., website, social media and email marketing campaigns and events. Track and measure campaign performance metrics, analyzing data to identify insights and optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage, expand, and promote our brand and products on social media including the company website. Monitor engagement and respond to comments/questions.
- Coordinate all trade shows. Will require occasional travel.
- Manage the creation and inventory of all marketing materials to include literature, Zilmet merchandise and product displays.
- Assist in marketing and introduction of new products.
- Learn our ERP system and to serve as a customer service backup as needed.
- Act as lead liaison between Zilmet USA and our sales rep network.
- Act as Zilmet USA liaison for all buying groups.
Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Data analysis and interpretation abilities.
- Creative thinking and design skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
