You will have the opportunity to lead a sales team and create the Outstanding Customer Service experience that Zimbrick Is known for. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be able to manage an experienced sales staff and grow the next elite salespeople.
What You Will Do
Select, train, coach, develop, and retain sales staff
Assist in growing successful new and pre-owned departments
Appraise vehicles for trade
Assist in managing pre-owned inventory and expenses effectively
Provide back-up to New and Pre-owned Managed which includes handling customer offers
Assist in dealer trades for new vehicle inventory

Two years of successful sales experience
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
