As a result of our continued growth, Zimmer Tractor is seeking a Service Writer / Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Open all new work orders and establish customer file
- Arrange for control of each service job and the proper charge for materials and labor to the customer or internal account (e.g. used equipment reconditioning, pre-delivery service, etc.)
- Review all repair orders for accuracy and completeness
