Summary
As a Counter Sales Representative at Zimmer Tractor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with inquiries regarding parts and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking items as necessary and keeping accurate records.
- Place parts orders and receive in deliveries.
- Provide expert advice on products, ensuring customers receive the right solutions for their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations within the dealership.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
