Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr.

Responsibilities
- Process pre-approved, non-PO invoices accurately and on time.
- Follow SLAs and SOPs to manage supplier invoices.
- Assist with data loads and resolve past due balances.
- Communicate with employees and suppliers to address discrepancies.
- Support month-end close and escalate issues when needed.
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle knowledge a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a diverse environment.
