Zing Recruiting, in partnership with an established manufacturer in the Saddle Brooke area is on the search for a sharp HR Admin. to join the team on a 1 month contract. This is an immediate opening!
Location: Saddle Brook, NJ
Hours: 8am-4pm Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays only
Duration of Contract: 1 month
Pay Rate: $25

HR Admin. Responsibilities
- Make new hire folders
- File the new hire folders and new hire I-9s
- Move terminated employee I-9s to appropriate binder
- Clean out terminated files and move them to Iron Mountain
- Shift files in active filing cabinet down so there is more room in each drawer
- Shred old payroll folders/documents
- Filing (direct deposit forms, term forms, etc.)
- Re-mailing any returned W2s/Empower mailings that have address changes
- Evidence of Insurability follow up: notification/letters that can be sent to employees that have pending elections
- Preparation of documents frequently mailed out: for example, information to give out for those retiring/considering retiring, COBRA rates (create sample packet)
- Follow up paperwork and letters to employees that have not provided domestic partner documents, for medical support notices, leave information, etc
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Administrative/clerical skills.
- Prior HR experience/knowledge is ideal.
