What You’ll Do
- Own the contract process: Manage contracts from creation through execution, ensuring compliance and maintaining organized records.
- Support compliance efforts: Help implement and monitor regulatory compliance policies and procedures, and assist in internal audits and investigations.
- Be a key collaborator: Work closely with leadership to identify and assess compliance risks, and contribute to the development of compliance training programs.
- Promote ethical standards: Maintain the highest level of ethical conduct and confidentiality, ensuring transparency and accountability in all actions.
- A strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and an ability to think critically to solve problems.
- 5-7 years of experience in legal or contract management, with a preference for experience in regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen organizational mindset.
