Job Summary:
Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, structures, and electrical systems.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct safety checks and repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Maintain machinery and assist in equipment setup.
- Focus on uptime/downtime improvements.
Competencies:
- Problem-solving, technical, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.
- Teamwork, ethics, judgment, motivation, planning, safety, adaptability, attendance, dependability, initiative, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 2-year certificate or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in technical document interpretation.
- Strong reasoning ability and familiarity with PLC and software.
- Willing to obtain necessary licenses.
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems.
