Operations Planning Lead Job Summary

• Pay: $80k-$95k
• Shifts Available:

• 8am to 5pm
• Plan & optimize production by developing and managing production schedules to ensure on time order fulfillment
• Lead cross-functional collaboration working closely with other departments
• Forecast demand by analyzing sales trends, inventory sales, and operational capacity
• Drive efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, cost savings opportunities, etc
• Monitor performance reporting through KPI tracking
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously evaluate and implement best practices and new technologies
  
  

Operations Planning Lead Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management or a related field
• 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management or similar role
• Proven ability to analyze data, forecast demand and drive process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced driven environment
• Flavor, Fragrance, Pharma, medical device expeirence desired
• Knowledge of NetSuite and Batch Metrics is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized
