Order Entry Specialist (Contract/Temp)

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with an established chemical manufacturer in the Hasbrouck Heights, NJ area is on the search for a sharp Order Entry Specialist/CSR to join their team on a contract basis.

Location: Hasbrouck Heights

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, M-F. Fully onsite.

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr

Contract duration: 3 months with potential to extend longer

Order Entry Specialist/CSR Responsibilities

• Handle communication with major accounts (B2B), confirming orders, researching material availability, available price record confirmation, shipping method and relevant Customer Service reporting activities, and reviewing of customer’s forecast data (assigned accounts).
• Enter in order using SAP system.
• Works closely with Supply Chain to review order status, coordinate changes, obtain accurate information regarding shipments through SCM meetings.
• Address customer concerns and discrepancies.
• Works with credit department to research necessary information to complete credits, debits and any special billing in a timely manner.
  
  

Order Entry Specialist/CSR Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or Associate Degree) in Business or related fields preferred.
• Must have SAP experience pertaining to order entry and account management.
