Passivation Technician

Our client currently looking for a Passivation Technician with hands-on Peel & Clean experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role focuses on surface preparation and passivation of metal components, ensuring all work meets strict ISO 13485 and FDA standards for cleanliness and biocompatibility.

What We’re Looking For

• Practical experience with passivating stainless steel and other metals
• Proficiency in Peel and Clean techniques and inspection procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols
• Background working in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing settings
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
