Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer Associate Job Summary
- Pay: $75,000 annually
- Shift: Day shift (Full-time)
- Location: Savannah, GA
- Contract: Direct Hire
- Analyze warranty, IQS, and customer feedback data to identify areas of quality improvement.
- Update customer feedback databases with improvement actions and progress status.
- Collaborate across departments to address and resolve customer quality concerns.
- Conduct internal quality campaigns and generate reports on outcomes.
- Travel to supplier or dealer sites as needed for investigation and verification.
- Manage field TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) and create internal documentation.
- Coordinate timely response to external quality concerns including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate improvement activities.
- Support quality planning events, meetings, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of automotive quality assurance experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally
- 1–5 years of experience in a related role
- Knowledge of automotive quality standards and processes
