Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer Associate Job Summary

• Pay: $75,000 annually
• Shift: Day shift (Full-time)
• Location: Savannah, GA

Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer Associate??????? Responsibilities:

• Analyze warranty, IQS, and customer feedback data to identify areas of quality improvement.
• Update customer feedback databases with improvement actions and progress status.
• Collaborate across departments to address and resolve customer quality concerns.
• Conduct internal quality campaigns and generate reports on outcomes.
• Travel to supplier or dealer sites as needed for investigation and verification.
• Manage field TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) and create internal documentation.
• Coordinate timely response to external quality concerns including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate improvement activities.
• Support quality planning events, meetings, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
  
  

Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer Associate??????? Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of automotive quality assurance experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally
  
  

Preferred

• 1–5 years of experience in a related role
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and processes
