Staff Accountant

Location: Avenel, NJ

Schedule: 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday FULLY ON SITE

Salary Range: $60k - $95k DOE

Growing aerospace manufacturing company located in Avenel is in need of a Staff Accountant to join the team! The Staff Accountant will perform various accounting duties in the manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Support month-end close process
• Prepare journal entries monthly
• Analyze and prepare account reconciliations
• Support inventory review and cycle count processes
• Ownership of AP processes
• Reconcile credit card statements with supporting documents
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
