What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cosmetic Patient Coordinator position at Zinsser Plastic Surgery?
Looking for a motivated person with excellent customer service and sales experience to act as a liaison between the doctor and patient to provide a personalized experience from consultation to post-op.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Cosmetic quotes
- Have a clear understanding of all surgeries, treatments (both surgical and non-surgical), products, and promotions offered by ZPS and promote to patients effectively
- Develop and create policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of patient care
- Provide guidance for the entire surgical process from consultation to post-op treatments
- Schedule surgeries, pre-ops, and post-op appointments
- Schedule pre-admission appointments and/or lab orders via LabCorp
- Collect surgical deposits and payments
- Understand all patient payments including patient finance plans offered
- Communicating with surgical patients prior to surgery to answer any questions or concerns
- Follow up on website leads and develop rapport with new consultations
- Maintain communication with previous consultations to answer questions to promote scheduling surgeries or 2nd consultations
- Manage patient reviews
- Schedule weekly meetings with Dr. Zinsser and his nurse to discuss upcoming surgeries or any issues
- Comply with HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Understand EMR and work closely with Aesthetic Manager for scheduling, workflow procedures, and and issues needing to be addressed
- Collaborate with vendors

Pay: $26.00 per hour
