This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing cross-function teams, and executing internal processes while maintaining focus on quality and improvement. The Operations Manager will support the company’s growth by enhancing operational performance and executing measurable results across key functions.
As an operations manager, you will work closely with our leadership team, project managers, technicians, programmers, accounting department, and the advisory board as well as external clients, contractors, designers, and distributor representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
The various functions include but are not limited to the following:
Managing the operations department consisting of support/service, projects, installation, and warehouse/purchasing teams.
Assist project managers in resolving challenges.
Review and update weekly and monthly forecasts.
Participate in industry events and continuing education sessions.
Assisting multiple departments and overcoming challenges to improve support.
Deliver effective communication for all departments.
Execute any discrepancies in a professional manner.
Review life cycle reports while maintaining average response times.
Maintain accurate account information and activity in our ERP software.
Oversee building infrastructure, vehicle, and equipment maintenance
Coordinate budget planning and provide updates on equipment and system needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field, or proven experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional environment.
Proven experience in management, operations, team collaboration, projects for large customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously
