Job Title: Finance Manager
Duration: Full-time/Long Term Contract With potential extension.
Location: Hughes County, SD; Pierre, SD 57501
Finance Managers, in partnership with the South Dakota Department of Health will oversee the budget management for various federal grant or cooperative agreement(s) which includes;
- Budget and expenditure tracking
- Assist with contract development
- Provide invoicing support to all contractors
- Perform invoice reconciliation if need be
- Assist with fiscal progress reporting
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor s in fiscal-related field (Accounting, Business)
- 3 years of experience in fiscal management
- Experience with managing federal grants
