- Infrastructure Project Manager for our Innovation and Technology Department (ITD)team.
This role is critical to ensuring the success of our projects assigned by the PMO.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a thorough analysis, planning, execution, monitoring, communication, and closure of projects. They will need to prepare and maintain comprehensive project plans and supporting documents such as RASCI, charters, minutes, action items, and risk and issue logs from project inception through closure, including hand-off to IT support/operations.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to track all project tasks, deliverables, financials, RAID logs, and adhering to recognized project management standards.
They will lead project teams by collaborating with project resources and technology leads to prepare and present accurate ITD project status updates, dashboards, and reports to the leadership team.
The role also involves developing, defining, and maintaining project plans, including all documentation and reporting applications, to ensure efficiency and consistent communication. The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for leading team meetings to gather the required project details.
Lastly, the candidate will work closely with the PMO and leadership to deliver weekly and ad-hoc communications on IT projects across the project lifecycle.
