Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate bulletins and newsletter
- File and update contact information of church members and church leaders
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant preferred
- Ability to file documents accurately and efficiently
- Excellent people skills with a professional demeanor
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Expected hours: 25 – 29 per week
