We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. Responsibilities
- Manage Contracting and Commission Accounting role duties.
- Help maintain and manage client accounts and provide outstanding customer service to our agents and their clients.
- Provide outstanding and effective communication with clients and team members.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed.
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Ability to proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
- Efficient in technology resources such as Outlook, other Microsoft tools, and CRM management.
