The Entertainment and Technical Services Director will be responsible for curating, designing, and producing seamless wedding celebrations, ensuring that every technical and entertainment aspect aligns with the couple's vision. This role requires a dynamic blend of DJ and MC skills, entertainment production expertise, technical equipment proficiency, and business operations knowledge.Key Responsibilities:
- DJ & MC Leadership:Serve as the primary DJ and MC for wedding celebrations, ensuring an engaging, high-energy atmosphere.Command the room with confidence, keeping guests entertained and events flowing smoothly.
- Design & Production of Weddings:Lead the design and execution of all-inclusive wedding entertainment, tailoring each event to the couple's desires.
- Sound and Lighting:Program, operate, and maintain a variety of professional sound and lighting equipment, ensuring flawless execution throughout the celebration.
- Automation & Network Management:Oversee the operation of over ten automation applications and associated hardware.Optimize commercial networks to support operations.
- Technical Oversight:Act as the Chief Technical Officer, overseeing the operation of all data and applications used across the business, including HubSpot, WordPress, SmartSheet, and more.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure the entertainment and technical aspects align with marketing strategies and client expectations.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Ensure all technical systems, equipment, and applications are properly maintained, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions as necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a DJ and MC, with the ability to command a room and create an engaging, energetic atmosphere.
- Expertise in sand and lighting design and operation, with a strong understanding of professional audio/visual equipment.
- Experience managing and optimizing commercial networks and operating various automation applications.
- Strong proficiency in managing business applications such as HubSpot, WordPress, SmartSheet, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional public speaking and crowd engagement skills to ensure smooth event flow and guest interaction.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in a related field.
