What You’ll Do :
- Lead all environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement sustainable practices to minimize waste, reduce emissions, and conserve resources in food production.
- Conduct environmental audits, risk assessments, and inspections, driving improvements across the plant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental best practices into daily operations.
- Manage environmental reporting, permits, and documentation for air, water, and waste management systems.
- Spearhead training programs to educate employees on environmental policies and procedures.
- Support health and safety initiatives, creating a holistic approach to EH&S management.
