Training & Development : Train and educate team members on policies, safety standards, and best practices. Problem-Solving : Collaborate with maintenance and management to address technical challenges and opportunities. Building Culture : Foster a work environment rooted in safety, positivity, and high morale. Optimizing Inventory : Manage cost-efficient inventory levels, negotiate favorable pricing, and make strategic ordering decisions.
