Want a seat at our table? Ziosk is looking for a highly experienced Marketing Manager. We are seeking someone passionate about the restaurant industry who can effectively communicate how our digital hospitality platform helps restaurants maximize success. Your role will focus on demonstrating how our products simplify server tasks, enhance guest experiences, and drive both efficiency and revenue for our restaurant partners.

The Main Course – Responsibilities
- Advertising: Create and analyze performance of ad campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
- Website Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize the Ziosk website to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our consultants, copywriters and designers to develop compelling marketing strategies that drive demand and relevance for Ziosk.
- Email Marketing: Develop and implement email campaigns (including automated sequences, newsletters, and promotions) to engage leads and drive conversion.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly performance analysis across all marketing platforms to optimize strategies.
- Conference Orchestration: Plan and execute key conferences, including the creation of necessary materials, development of content topics, and management of the overall experience to ensure impactful engagement and brand presence.
What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in advertising or digital marketing.
- Expertise in SEO and SEM strategies to enhance digital visibility and drive traffic.
- Strong experience with HubSpot and CRM platforms.
- Proven track record of running email and digital campaigns that convert.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Restaurant industry experience is essential for understanding customer needs and challenges.
