Ziosk is looking for a highly experienced Technical Recruiter to join our People & Culture department and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technical talent. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience to support Ziosk’s growth and innovation.
The Main Course – Responsibilities (Hybrid 3 days onsite after onboarding)
Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering, IT, product and other roles
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a stellar candidate experience
Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
2-5 years recruiting experience
Develop strong relationships and partner with employees and hiring managers
Conduct sourcing via social recruiting, networking, employee referral, job postings, etc.
What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications
Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience Working In a High-growth Company Or Tech Startup
