Requirements:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Optimize profits by managing cost of goods sold (COGs) and labor expenses.
- Hire, train, and mentor new team members.
- Drive sales through exceptional guest satisfaction and swift problem-solving.
- Maintain a professional and approachable management style.
- Provide direction and support to all team members for efficient operations.
- Ensure food quality and availability.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and meet deadlines set by the General Manager.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Restaurant Management.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong grasp of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Utilize experience and judgment to achieve goals.
- Proficient in handling money, processing transactions, and demonstrating strong menu knowledge.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- A passion for the industry and compassion for people.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate team members.
- Capability to cultivate a fun atmosphere in a high-pressure setting.
- Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Works independently with minimal supervision and reports directly to the owner.
