Position Title : Fleet Manager
75,000 to $125,000 annually DOE

Job Summary
The Fleet Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations, leads a dynamic and essential function within the organization, ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the vehicle fleet. In this role, the Fleet Manager assists with shaping the fleet strategy, oversees acquisition and maintenance processes, and drives cost-effective operations across the company’s footprint. Serving as the primary contact for all fleet-related matters, this individual collaborates closely with internal teams and trusted vendors to enhance performance and minimize downtime. The Fleet Manager also leads a skilled team of Vehicle Maintenance Mechanics / Technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role combines strategic insight with hands-on management to make a meaningful impact on field operations

Physical Requirements
Primarily work in indoor office setting. Travel to other remote vehicle maintenance locations to interact with maintenance mechanics / technicians and ensure associated equipment is in good working order. May involve infrequent outdoor, uncontrolled settings as required.
Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
