As our Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the car wash, maintain cleanliness and functionality of the property, and offer assistance throughout the entire car wash process. Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs beautifullyRecruiting, interviewing, hiring, performance managing site level team membersTraining of Customer Service Associates, Leads and Assistant Managers and provide ongoing educationCreates team member schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to team membersGiving team members financial goals and sales targets to meet on a scheduled basisOpen and close the site and facilitate daily operationsPerform minor equipment repairs as trained and directedEngage customers while selling and promoting our Unlimited Wash ClubMonitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenanceEnsure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as requiredConsistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policiesMonitor, control, and troubleshoot chemicals dailySafely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smileStrive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a thorough and enjoyable wash for all guestsManaging the overall performance of the siteRequired Skills
2 years of experience in a management role3 years of sales or customer service experienceAbility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environmentHigh School Diploma or EquivalentPreferred : Associate degree or higher in business or related fieldPreferred : Previous supervisory experience including coaching / mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirablePreferred : Car Wash experienceSM_GACAR_JoeFrankHarris
