The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound calls to generate new sales, cross-selling, and upsell to both new and existing customers. Essential Job Functions
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Proactive Outbound Sales Calls:
- Initiate outbound calls to new and existing customers to drive net new sales, cross-sells, and upsells.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling:
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services to maximize sales revenue.
- Win-Back Initiatives:
- Implement targeted campaigns to re-engage previous customers and recover lost accounts.
- Lead Qualification:
- Assess and quality leads, ensuring they align with company sales objectives and customer needs.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management
- Personalized Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value.
- CRM Utilization:

- Cross Departmental Coordination:

Education and Experience-
