Zito Media currently has an opening for a Payroll-Human Resource Coordinator. The main duties are to provide support to the Payroll/HR department for all aspects within the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of payroll preparation by maintaining all payroll data by collecting, calculating, and entering accurate information on a daily basis in the electronic payroll system.
- Process bi-weekly hourly and semi-monthly salary wages, bonuses, commissions, allowances, expenses, benefit deductions, new hires and terminations.
- Review personnel records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare 401k reports for uploading
- Process bi-weekly overtime report
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Operate time clock and payroll software
- Assist Payroll-HR Administrator with benefits
- Unemployment filings and Employment Verifications
- Perform other duties as directed by Payroll-HR Administrator
