Job Summary
Zivel - Franklin is currently seeking candidates who are passionate about health and wellness and helping others achieve their optimal health. As the first point of contact for customers you are a Rock Star! The front desk sales representative is excited and responsible for driving sales and service excellence for the wellness studio. The person successful in this role will be knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and be able to educate customers on any inquiries. The front desk sales representative position covers many aspects of the business, including membership sales, customer check-in, administering wellness modalities, and maintaining the studio appearance and a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, phone and POS system
- Administers on-boarding of new customers creating a friendly and welcoming environment
- Manage scheduling of services for booked appointments and walk-ins in an organized manner with accurate recordkeeping
- Educate customers on Zivel’s services and health benefits
- Provide guest tours, selling packages & memberships.
- Consistently generate new store memberships through contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from current membership base, and through engaging store tours for new customers and walk-ins.
- Identify potential customer and member’s needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in Zivel’s amenities and services to customers and members to close the sale.
- Up-sell walk-ins and existing customers on services
- Administer wellness modalities
- Maintain organized and studio cleanliness
- Prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Act as brand ambassador to strengthen business, and business to business relationships.
Qualifications – Who You Are
- Bright personality with positive attitude while being customer service driven.
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service centric environment
- Experience in sales and have a proven track record of success.
- Previous experience with Point-of-Sale Systems strongly preferred
- Spa/Salon experience preferred
- Passionate about health and wellness and have a desire for continued learning.
- Ability to multi-task while staying organized.
- Exceptional communication skills
