We are seeking a health and wellness enthusiast with a sales background.

Zivel is a performance and recovery franchise that offers a suite of wellness services from cryotherapy to dry floatation that revitalize the mind, body, and spirit. We help clients relieve their pain, stress and anxiety with the same tools used by elite athletes, celebrities, and mindfulness leaders.

What you’ll do (the basics):

At its core, this is a sales position. Experience is great, but whether or not you’ve sold memberships or services packages before, we’ll train you - really well. And you’ll make nice commissions and bonuses because of it. Besides that you’ll need to:

-       Warmly greet and check in members & guests

-       Answer phone professionally

-       Respond to questions, concerns and discrepancies from members and walk-ins

-       Sell memberships, treatment packages and who we are as a company

-       Work flexible full or part time hours including opening shifts and weekends

-       Attend a weekly team meeting where we’ll make sure you’re being heard and that we’re crushing it as an organization.

We are a couple who met in high school in Cincinnati, have been married for 17 years and are the proud parents of four children. Gina holds a BA and MA from Xavier University. With a 15-year career in coaching and running, she has a deep passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and embrace an active lifestyle. Steve, a University of Notre Dame graduate, has dedicated two decades to corporate consulting and business development. If he’s not at one of the kids’ sporting events he’s likely on the golf course. We love XU, Notre Dame, Reds, Bengals, and FC Cincinnati. We’re committed to promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness through Zivel and are eager to enhance the Northern Kentucky community’s physical and mental well-being.
