Summary:
The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist with recruitment, manage employee records, and coordinate various HR activities. They will conduct HR data analysis and present findings in clear, actionable formats. The successful candidate will support HR-related projects, collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and provide support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Legal Counsel.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
· Support new hire onboarding processes, employee changes and offboarding processes.
· Utilize skills gained during internships to manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Coordinate employee new hire training, including scheduling and tracking training activities.
· Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance swiftly.
· Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
· Support HR-related projects (e.g., recruitment and onboarding, training, compliance).
· Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Provide administrative and analytical support to the COO and Legal Counsel.
· Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation for the COO and Legal Counsel.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Preferred: Previous internship experience in human resources or a related field.
· At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a coordinator or administrative capacity.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
