Mechanical/Electrical Technician

Key Responsibilities:

·           As part of the maintenance team commission, install, calibrate, maintain, and repair equipment shipped to our warehouse installed in mobile units.

·           Meet all commissioning or turn around timeline targets.

·           Scope of maintenance, repair and troubleshooting will include the following equipment:

§  Flow meters

§  Pressure transducers

§  Level & rotating sensors

§  Electric motors, pumps & augers

§  Data acquisition systems

·         Conduct preventative maintenance programs using provided checklists.

·         Ensure that appropriate records are made and filed following maintenance work.

·         As and when needed, travel to frac sites to troubleshoot and repair broken equipment.

·         Carry out appropriate inventory control ensuring that items being added or subtracted are recorded accurately in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

·         Proven experience in similar capacity in the process industry or a similar industrial setting.

·         Ability to disassemble or repair motors, pumps, sensors, etc.

·         Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuits, and systems.

·         Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic equipment using diagnostic tools and techniques.

·         Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·         Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

·         Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites. Estimated field travel is around 10% of the time.

·         Ability to pass the company's drug and alcohol test.

Salary : $30
