Job Description
Salary: up to $30/hour
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the maintenance team commission, install, calibrate, maintain, and repair equipment shipped to our warehouse installed in mobile units.
Meet all commissioning or turn around timeline targets.
Scope of maintenance, repair and troubleshooting will include the following equipment:
Flow meters
Pressure transducers
Level & rotating sensors
Electric motors, pumps & augers
Data acquisition systems
Conduct preventative maintenance programs using provided checklists.
Ensure that appropriate records are made and filed following maintenance work.
As and when needed, travel to frac sites to troubleshoot and repair broken equipment.
Carry out appropriate inventory control ensuring that items being added or subtracted are recorded accurately in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in similar capacity in the process industry or a similar industrial setting.
Ability to disassemble or repair motors, pumps, sensors, etc.
Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuits, and systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic equipment using diagnostic tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites. Estimated field travel is around 10% of the time.
Ability to pass the company's drug and alcohol test.
