Job Description:

We are looking to hire a site supervisor! You would come to the facility in Greenwood and supervise up to 5 employees a night in the building. Your job is to ensure nightly tasks are done and service runs smoothly in the building. The schedule is 6pm-2am Sunday-Thursday.

Snapshot of General Janitorial Duties:

• Trash removal / Dusting / Sanitizing all surfaces
• Sweeping / Mopping / Vacuuming
• Break-rooms / Bathrooms / Glass cleaning
• Restock items in bathrooms, break-rooms, offices and other rooms as necessary
• You will also assist in the set up of any rooms and other duties as assigned
• Specific duties may vary depending on the list of specifications required by the client
  
  

Other Duties

• Manage and assist the team in the building on a daily basis
• Complete tasks assigned to you by the Area Manager
• Training new hires
• Ensure daily services are meeting client needs and expectations
• Communicate with the Area Manager about any needs or issues
  
  

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Have an active cell phone
• Valid Drivers License
• Pass Criminal Background Check
• ***Regular Attendance is Mandatory***
