Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our Air Cooled Heat Exchanger manufacturing projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing proactive measures to ensure project success.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates on milestones, timelines, and budgetary status.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- 5 years of experience in project management or product ownership.
