Job Overview:
- Assist in the development, analysis, and reporting of R&D budgets, ensuring accurate information management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly data processing for expenses and workload
- Cleaning up data and entering it into company systems post-budget authorization
- Coordinating meetings with external organizations and executives
- Preparing and distributing documents (PowerPoint, meeting notes, etc.) to business unit management
- Securing official documents in designated storage areas
- Ongoing data management support
Essential Qualifications:
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience with SAP, particularly in reporting analytics and BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation)
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
Maintenance of Teams/SharePoint workspaces, files/folders, and permissions
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong reading, communication, math, and problem-solving skills
- At least 2 years of on-the-job experience
- Vocational training may be substituted for 1 year of experience
