About the Role:
As a Global Operations Director PMO, you will be responsible for overseeing the Project Management group of Zobility, a Global Industrial Automation firm that is growing and expanding rapidly. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Powertrain, Engine, and EV Battery assembly PM teams in Automotive OEM assembly programs.
You will be responsible for developing and executing project portfolios for powertrain assembly systems, including high-mix production lines for hybrid/electric and internal combustion engine components. Additionally, you will oversee projects from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with ISO, safety, and machine tool build standards.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across global projects. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present progress reports to C-suite stakeholders and address technical/commercial changes.
